1:1 Sessions
In-person sessions will include personalized hands-on care, such as soft tissue work and chiropractic adjustments. Exercise programming and demonstration will also be provided.
Coaching and Daily Habits
Success with care relies on much more than the hands-on therapies. Habit tracking of sleep, hydration, general nutrition, and exercise will be encouraged to ensure you are setting yourself up for success to reach your health and fitness goals.
Daily communication
At the heart of this program is the ability to rely on your provider for encouragement and accountability throughout this next part of your health journey. Questions can be asked and answered in the same day, and modifications can be made to programming in real time, fostering continuous progress beyond the clinic.
