Hi, I’m Dr. Brittany!
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Equine Pre-Veterinary Medicine with a minor in Biology from Otterbein University in Westerville, OH, before heading to Davenport, IA to complete my Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College.
My approach to care is rooted in the belief that movement is one of the most powerful tools we have for improving our health. I take a comprehensive, compassionate view of each person’s journey—knowing that pain is complex, and healing isn’t one-size-fits-all.
I especially love helping people who may not feel at home in the gym build confidence, take ownership of their health, overcome injuries, and reconnect with the activities that bring them joy!
When I’m not in the office, you can find me horseback riding, taking figure skating lessons, or adventuring around the Pacific Northwest with my husband, Aaron, and our dog, Bronco! These experiences bring me so much joy and remind me how important it is to feel strong, capable, and connected to your body. I also know how frustrating it is when pain or injury takes that away—which is why I’m so committed to helping others find their way back to the activities that make them feel most alive!
My Approach
At Rise to Resilience Chiropractic, I believe that no two people are the same—so why should your treatments be? Every individual has unique needs, goals, and ways their body responds to care. That’s why I take a personalized approach, tailoring each treatment plan to fit you.
Movement is at the heart of everything we do. The goal isn’t just to alleviate pain temporarily—it’s to help you get back to doing what you love, whether that’s hitting the gym, playing with your kids, or simply moving through daily life with ease. We will focus on active recovery, incorporating chiropractic adjustments, general lifestyle changes, and personalized exercises to empower you to take control of your health.
Pain management shouldn’t rely solely on office visits. I want to equip you with the tools and knowledge to manage discomfort on your own, building long-term resilience instead of short-term relief. Through education, guided movement strategies, and continuous communication, I will help you move better, feel better, and stay better—so you can rise to your full potential!
